ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. We process and ship orders Monday–Friday. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Standard tracked shipping is $8.95 for eligible orders below $100. Eligible orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Overnight shipping is $34.95 when available for your delivery address. Eligible orders of $300 or more qualify for free overnight shipping when that service is available at checkout.

Our overnight processing schedule is Monday–Wednesday, with an 11am Pacific Time cutoff. Orders received after the cutoff are processed on the next available overnight-processing day. Selecting overnight shipping does not mean an order placed outside that schedule will arrive the following day.

Standard domestic transit is typically estimated at 2–3 business days after dispatch.

CANADA SHIPPING

Standard tracked shipping is $34.95 for eligible orders below $150. Eligible orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

For other destinations supported at checkout, standard tracked shipping is $29.95 for eligible orders below $150. Eligible orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

International transit is typically estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch. Availability depends on your destination and the services offered at checkout.

SHIPPING THRESHOLDS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All prices and thresholds in this policy are in US dollars. Eligibility is calculated by Shopify at checkout. Available shipping options and total charges are displayed before you place your order.

Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Holidays, carrier disruptions and customs clearance may cause delays. If a delivery date is important, please contact us before ordering.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY ASSISTANCE

Orders are shipped with tracking. If tracking shows a problem, an unexpected delay or a delivery you cannot locate, please contact us so we can help investigate.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
