Return Policy & Defective Items

Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the ship date to return your item for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchange policy

You have 30 days from the ship date to exchange your item for another item. You are responsible for any difference in price, plus $8.95 for shipping the replacement item, and for return shipping unless the item is defective or applicable law requires otherwise.

Items submitted for exchange must be in the same condition as received, unless defective.

Defective items

If your item develops a manufacturer defect within one year from the ship date, contact us to request a replacement. We will offer the same item when available or a similar item if the original is no longer available.

Each piece is handmade, so variations in shape and color may occur. Metals may also naturally change over time, including oxidation; these natural variations do not, by themselves, indicate a manufacturer defect.

Special orders

Items clearly identified as special orders before purchase are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds or exchanges. This exclusion does not limit rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable law.
