Return Policy & Defective Items

RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you will have 14 days from the ship date to return your item for a refund, less a 10% restocking fee. Please be aware, you are responsible for shipping your item back to us, unless you are sending a defective item.

EXCHANGE POLICY:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you will have 30 days from the ship date to exchange your item for another of your liking. Please be aware, you will be responsible for any difference in the cost for the new item, plus $8.95 for shipping. Additionally, you are responsible for shipping your item back to us, unless you are sending a defective item.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
At Bullets 4 Peace we strive to produce the highest quality jewelry free from manufacturer defects. In the unlikely event your item becomes defective due to manufacturer defects you will have 1 year from the ship date to request a replacement for the same item. If the item you originally purchased is no longer available, a similar item will be offered as a replacement. PLEASE NOTE: Each piece of jewelry in our collection is handmade and variations in shape and color cannot be avoided in the production. Natural changes of the metals, including oxidation may occur over time.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
Any jewelry item listed as special order cannot be refunded or exchange for any reason.
